We’ll start the morning together by gathering around the art table, with a cup of fresh coffee or tea, connecting with each other while learning some simple watercolor techniques to help us drop into a state of relaxation. Watercolor is such a JOY to play with because it creates its own magical effects without needing to do much.

Next we will get ourselves super comfortable for a luxurious hour long sound bath where we get to simply relax and listen to the healing vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, and drums. Bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask for supreme coziness.
