Unwind and reconnect with your inner calm during this three-hour creative immersion desigened to sooth the nervous system. This guided experience joins the mindful art of watercolor with the deep relaxation of a sound bath.

We’ll begin by gathering around the art table connecting with each other while exploring some simple watercolor techniques to help us drop into a state of relaxation. With no prior art experience necessary, you will learn to release control and embrace imperfection as you practice soothing techniques like fluid washes and color blending. The rhythmic motion of the brush and the free-flowing nature of the paint will help quiet the mind and release stress. Watercolor is such a joy to explore because it creates its own magical effects without us needing to do much.

After our artistic creation is complete, we will transition into a medatative, hour-long sound bath where you get to simply relax and listen to the healing vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, and drums. This deeply immersive sound experience will leave you feeling completely centered and restored.

Bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask for supreme coziness during the sound bath.
